Is there really a free plan?+

Yes. The Starter plan is free for your first few units and includes core leasing, e-signatures, invoicing and viewing links, so you can run a small portfolio end-to-end without paying anything.

Do I need a credit card to start?+

No card is needed to start on Starter. The Growth trial runs for 14 days, and you only add billing details when you decide to continue.

What counts as a "unit"?+

A unit is an individual rentable space, such as a flat, a room, or a sub-divided unit. Plans are priced by the number of active units in your portfolio, not by the number of staff seats.

Can I connect my Xero account?+

Yes. Growth and Portfolio plans include two-way Xero reconciliation, which matches incoming payments against your invoices and keeps your closing balances in sync.

Is TaneChat included?+

The TaneChat AI assistant on WhatsApp and web is included from the Growth plan up. It answers prospect questions 24/7, offers only available units, and logs leads into your inquiry pipeline.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?+
